Welcome to The National Church of England Junior School!

I hope this site contains accessible information which tells you about our school!
The needs and aspirations of each individual child are very important to us at the “Nash” and the school does its best to provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment where children have the opportunity to achieve their potential.
The National School has a long and proud tradition of excellence in academic achievement, standards of care and extra curricular activities. The philosophy and ethos of the school enables children and staff to work together closely and enjoy the benefits of a friendly atmosphere in a purposeful environment.
We had an excellent OFSTED report in March 2008 which commended the high quality of teaching, relationships between members of the school community and the ethos of the school in addition to praising our academic standards over the past few years. Many aspects of the school were deemed to be outstanding. The Church Schools’ Inspection report of May 2008 also deemed the school to be outstanding.
I hope you enjoy looking at and using the website but remember that the best way to find out about us is to pay a visit to the school which you are most welcome to do.
